 Bridget Gillespie Paverd, CEO
Bridget was born and educated in South Africa, where she started her international public relations firm in Johannesburg in 1987. She is now a naturalized American with numerous national and international communication, branding, and public relations awards to her credit. She speaks two languages and has a Masters degree in Mass Communication and Journalism. Constantly seeking to serve her clients better, Bridget pursues studies at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. She serves as Publicity Chair on the Delaware Press Association Board and is an active member of the National Federation of Press Women and the American Association for University Women.

 Neal Hall, M.D., President
Neal is a natural leader. He graduated from prestigious Cornell University, where he was an All Ivy, All East Coast, and All American athlete; he captained the track team; and he was inducted into the university's Athletic Hall of Fame. He completed his residency in ophthalmolagy at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard University. Neal is a respected physician with a background in both clinical nutrition and internal medicine, and a valued healthcare marketing and communication strategist, who synthesizes and translates complex medical concepts into effective healthcare messaging. Neal Hall and Bridget Gillespie Paverd joined creative forces in 2002.
